Making Negative Feelings Mean You’re on the Right Path
Here in Colorado, it's cold and cloudy out today so I'm doing some decluttering and it feels so GOOD.
However, initially, this isn't typically the case.
In the beginning, decluttering usually isn’t energizing or exciting.
It often starts with fear, uncertainty, discomfort, and doubt.
And it can feel really HEAVY.
But here’s a truth: you can make those heavy feelings MEAN that nothing has gone wrong and that you’re actually on the right path, the lighter path.
Because when you lean into the heavier feelings, and keep going, you get to the other side which feels so much LIGHTER.
The decision to show up regardless of how you FEEL takes a little extra energy, but the result is so worth it—a lighter home, body and life.
